RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or feedback promptly.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Prepare and present regular reports on client activities and satisfaction levels.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Participate in client meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the clothing or fashion industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
