The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the fashion industry, and the ability to work independently in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and target potential customers and sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Conduct regular visits to retail stores, boutiques, and other potential clients to promote and sell our clothing products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the management team.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent ABC LIMITED and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in the clothing or fashion industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
