JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fundraising and Investment Sales Specialist to join our team.

This pivotal role involves selling debentures and securing investments for factory setup and retail store expansion projects.

The position offers the flexibility of working from home with a high commission pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and engage potential investors through various channels, including networking events, social media, and referrals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored investment opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive presentations and investment proposals to potential investors, clearly articulating the benefits and risks of investment opportunities.
  • Address investor queries promptly and professionally, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with the finance and strategic planning teams to refine fundraising strategies and achieve set targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all fundraising activities, maintaining detailed records of investor interactions and transactions.
  • Meet and exceed fundraising targets set by the company, demonstrating a consistent track record of successful investment sales.
  • Continuously seek innovative approaches to attract and secure new investors.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fresher OR Experienced

  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, particularly debentures, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts to potential investors.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with investors.

  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
